Molenbeek School is a Government School in Maitland for children with barriers to learning. For 2 years a project was funded to deliver a physical literacy program once a week to 90 children. Assessments were completed each term and great progress was seen to all the children’s physical development abilities.

This is Bill Mthembu
Bill says he’s excited to come to The Kids Gym each Monday because he likes the trampoline. He also loves wall climbing and the monkey bars.
Bill’s Teacher says learners are calmer, more disciplined and interact better with their peers since attending Kids Gym classes.

This is Chelsea and Leroy Cupido
Chelsea says she loves coming to The Kids Gym because she likes to play with her friends, enjoys all the exercises and her Trainers make her feel special.
Her parents say Chelsea practices what she’s learned at home and they’ve seen a great improvement in her health, fitness and School work.

This is Yaseen Collins
Yaseen says he is very excited to come to Gym every Monday because he gets to spend time with his friends and gym. His favourite thing in the Kids Gym is the trampoline.
Yaseen says exercising makes him happy and he has a lot of fun. His Trainers make him feel special.
